These boxes are a surprise – because surprises are fun! Follow South African Sweets on social media to catch sneak peeks and hints throughout the month, but the details will stay a mystery.
Every Safari Sweets & Souvenirs Box contains 4-6 carefully selected items.
• Each Safari Sweets & Souvenirs Box starts with a South African-themed souvenir or lifestyle item, sometimes two, capturing the warmth and nostalgia of South Africa, or an inspirational apparel reflecting positivity.
• We also sometimes love to include USA apparel representing freedom.
• Then, we add three or four authentic South African chocolates or sweets to complement the main item.
• We love adding stickers to match the products in the box.
• Each item is fun, functional, and a unique treat you might not buy for yourself.
• All boxes are packed and fulfilled in-house by our South African Sweets team.
They may include:
- Lifestyle products – You may find items such as placemats, sun hats, aprons, towels, coasters, tablecloths, blankets, socks, candles, accessories & even journals.
- Bags of all kinds – Tote bags, beach bags, purses, zipper bags, and more. We LOVE bags!

We're the founders and owners of South African Sweets and the creators of The Safari Sweets & Souvenirs Box. We were born and raised on the African continent: Rory in Zambia, and Charné in South Africa.
We made this subscription box so you may once again experience the delicious flavors and vibrant culture of South Africa from the comfort of your home. It's all about sharing joy and connecting with fellow Saffas through authentic South African treats and South African-themed souvenirs and lifestyle products.

Your first charge will be immediately upon sign up. You will receive your first box within 5-7 days. Thereafter your credit card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month.

Yes, gifting a subscription to a friend or loved one is easy! Simply provide the recipient's name and shipping address. You can also include a personalized message to accompany the first box.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we do not. However, if you REALLY want this subscription box, then email us at Howzit@SouthAfricanSweets.com and we will let you know what shipping will be. If you're good with the international shipping rate then we will happily add you to our subscriber's list.

Each item is chosen to complement the chocolates and enhance the overall subscriber experience.
CAN I SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, subscribers have the flexibility to skip a month or cancel their subscription. Simply email us your request at Howzit@SouthAfricanSweets.com. If you skip/pause/cancel 14 days prior to the 1st of the month, your skip/pause/cancellation will not take effect until the following month.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOX?
Currently, we do not offer customization options for individual boxes. However, we aim to curate each box with a diverse range of chocolates and souvenirs to ensure a delightful experience for all subscribers.
