We're the founders and owners of South African Sweets and the creators of The Safari Sweets & Souvenirs Box. We were born and raised on the African continent: Rory in Zambia, and Charné in South Africa.
We made this subscription box so you may once again experience the delicious flavors and vibrant culture of South Africa. It's all about sharing joy and connecting with fellow Saffas through authentic South African treats and South African-themed souvenirs and lifestyle products.

Meet our family...
We started this business to help fellow South Africans be able to take a little of South Africa home with them each time they shop. Nothing better than tasting the familiar delicacies and chocolates that bring you back to your childhood. (Oh, and we're based in Utah, USA.)
We have 5 children (4 of them have their own families, so our family has grown in leaps and bounds and we love it!) and all 5, and our son-in-law, were with us at this game. My parents love to come with us too, as it brings back amazing moments for them too.
