WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Your first charge will be immediately upon sign up. You will receive your first box within 5-7 days. Thereafter your credit card will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month.

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, gifting a subscription to a friend or loved one is easy! Simply provide the recipient's name and shipping address. You can also include a personalized message to accompany the first box.

WILL YOU REPEAT A PRODUCT THAT I PREVIOUSLY MISSED?

Unfortunately not in the subscription box where the value is out of this world. However, once every now and then we may have one or two extras of a given product. In that case you may find it listed as a stand alone item, but it will be way more expensive. Its better to just get the
subscription box and enjoy each monthly surprise.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we do not. However, if you REALLY want this subscription box, then email us at Howzit@SouthAfricanSweets.com and we will let you know what shipping will be. If you're good with the international shipping rate then we will happily add you to our subscriber's list.

Our team carefully selects South African-themed souvenirs and inspirational lifestyle items/apparel that capture the essence of South Africa's culture and heritage or brings the positivity of inspiration back to your life. Each item is chosen to complement the chocolates and enhance the overall subscriber experience.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOX?

Currently, we do not offer customization options for individual boxes. However, we aim to curate each box with a diverse range of chocolates and souvenirs to ensure a delightful experience for all subscribers.

CAN I SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, subscribers have the flexibility to skip a month or cancel their subscription. Simply email us your request at
Howzit@SouthAfricanSweets.com. If you skip/pause/cancel 14 days prior to
the 1st of the month, your skip/pause/cancellation will not take effect
until the following month.
