Shipping policy

Items will generally ship in 3-7 business days. (Most times must sooner than that!) You can imagine what will happen to chocolates or edible items should they be left to stand in the hot sun in a mail box, right? Due to this fact, we humbly request that all edible items must be mailed in a thermal mailing box so you will be required to add a thermal box to your order, or we will cancel the order.

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Customer is responsible for making sure the correct address is listed, because we really want the package to get to you.

Once the package has been marked "delivered" through the tracking service used, the customer is responsible for the package. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
