Returns/Refund Policy
We do not offer returns/refunds for purchased edible items because of the nature of shipping chocolates and food in warm/hot weather. We want your product to arrive at your doorstep in the finest condition. We therefore require an insulated box liner be added to each order. Due the nature of chocolates, we also request that you watch for your delivery so your package doesn't sit outside in the sun after delivery.
However, we have a 7-day return policy for all non-edible items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, please do not discard it. It needs to be in its original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, gift cards, sale and personalized items are not returnable.
Subscription Cancellations. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If it is within 14 days of the 1st, your cancellation won’t take effect until the following month.
Damages and issues. If you did not purchase an insulated box liner for your edible items, we unfortunately cannot help with melted chocolates. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the non-edible item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items. PLEASE NOTE subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, gift cards, sale and personalized items are not returnable. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the non-edible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Edible items cannot be exchanged.Refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your non-edible return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
